Mr. Timothy Lowe, MAI

Mr. Lowe has over 30 years experience in real estate valuation and consulting for private, institutional and fiduciary clients. Mr. Lowe founded Waronzof Associates, an advisory and consulting practice specializing in four main areas: valuation; litigation support; special studies and trust land consulting. Mr. Lowe works as a special advisor to BSG in the areas of real estate valuation, eminent domain, and land use. Mr. Lowe studied architecture at the University of Colorado at Boulder and studied real estate and accounting at the University of Alaska at Anchorage. Mr. Lowe is a member of the American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers. Prior to forming Waronzof Associates, Mr. Lowe was a director in the Deloitte & Touche real estate consulting practice. Prior to Deloitte & Touche, Mr. Lowe was vice president and chief appraiser for Arthur Gimmy International and Principal/Commercial Appraiser and Counselor for Timothy Lowe, Incorporated/The Wakeland Company. Mr. Lowe was also a vice president/commercial appraiser for Stephen W. Noey & Associates. Mr. Lowe is qualified as an expert witness in real estate valuation and business valuation, among other areas.
